You’ll not only get a solid workout filled with modification/options, you’ll also get a great playlist and lots of form-focused, mini Ted Talks! I’ve been training with Bianca for well over a year now (group classes and private training) and it’s been transformative. She truly cares about helping me achieve my goals and inspires me to work harder. No more lower back aches or sore knees. My muscles are toned and my body has leaned out in ways I didn’t know were possible. I’m mentally and physically stronger. Highly recommend!

Bianca is a rare kind of trainer. It isn't about her or how cool she is or how strong she is or what she can do (read: pistols!), it's about you getting the basics down and nailing them before you progress. Her time and attention to little details and her straight forward approach to sharing her knowledge is really down to earth. No ego. Just knowledge and a good dose of humor to go along with it. I find myself being proud at the end of a workout instead of defeated or self-conscious.

The fact that Bianca doesn't make her workouts about how much she knows or how she's here to help you but they're about seeing progress and having the tools to succeed, even without her, makes me trust her. I find I can build workouts on my own using these pieces she's taught me. More than anything, knowing that her mantra is that workouts should feel good and not be excruciating is what sold me. In a fitness world where there's so much pressure to look a certain way or to do crazy shit, Bianca is a fresh reminder that you can be strong and beautiful and badass altogether - and you're the one that determines that. No one else.
Her classes are the shit. Easy to understand. Not laborious, not excruciating. They are well programmed and easy to digest in the moment. They also sneak up on you. Her straight forward attitude is also so refreshing. She doesn't take herself too seriously, and is a great role model for beginnings and experienced athletes alike. Can't recommend her enough.
